• Architectural Design & Implementation:
  • Design scalable and effective Microsoft Dynamics 365 solutions aligned with business and technical requirements.
  • Lead the development and deployment of solutions built with Power Apps, Power Automate, and Power Virtual Agents.
• System Integration & Ecosystem Alignment:
  • Seamlessly integrate Dynamics 365 solutions within the Microsoft and Azure ecosystems, ensuring optimal performance and scalability.
• Team Support & Delivery Oversight:
  • Guide and support a team of Microsoft Dynamics 365 developers and analysts in delivering solutions.
  • Oversee functional requirements gathering, solution testing, and smooth deployments.
• Client Collaboration & Stakeholder Management:
  • Act as a liaison between technical teams and client stakeholders to ensure alignment with project goals, timelines, and quality standards.
  • Provide expertise on Microsoft Dynamics 365 capabilities, customizations, configurations, and constraints.

Must-Have Qualifications

• Experience with Microsoft Dynamics 365:
  • 2–3 years of hands-on experience in Dynamics 365 development, customization, and solution delivery.
• Technical Skills:
  • Strong understanding of software development principles and lifecycle.
  • Familiarity with DevOps tools such as version control systems.
• Problem-Solving and Communication:
  • Exceptional analytical skills to address technical challenges effectively.
  • Strong communication skills to collaborate with international teams and clients.

Nice-to-Have Skills

• Proficiency in advanced Power Platform capabilities, including Power Automate and Power Virtual Agents.
• Knowledge of Azure cloud services and their integrations with Dynamics 365.
• Eagerness to continuously learn and adapt to new Microsoft technologies and industry trends.
