Sr. Project Manager – SAP (French and English)

Our client, a global leader in the energy sector, is undertaking a strategic project to migrate to S4Hana. As part of this project, we are seeking a Nearshore Project Manager based in Poland to act as the effective relay for French delivery teams. The project relies on collaborative work and synchronization of teams between France and Poland to ensure the success of the migration.

Responsibilities:
1. Project Coordination:
      * Coordinate and supervise all S4Hana migration activities in Poland.
      * Manage planning, implementation, and monitoring of different project phases in Poland.
      * Be the focal point for daily interactions between nearshore teams in Poland and delivery teams in France.
2. Team Management:
      * Lead and direct development and technical support teams based in Poland.
      * Ensure consistency and efficiency of the Polish team\'s contributions to critical project stages.
3. Monitoring and Reporting:
      * Ensure regular reporting of project progress to French teams and stakeholders.
      * Identify and resolve problems and obstacles to keep the project on track.
4. Quality and Compliance:
      * Ensure that deliverables meet EDF\'s established quality standards.
      * Ensure compliance with project requirements and best practices for S4Hana migration.
      * Must ensure respect for EDF\'s security standards.
      * Must ensure monitoring of the Polish team\'s skills and respect for notice periods in the event of turnover.
5. Communication:
      * Facilitate effective communication between different teams and stakeholders.
      * Organize and lead coordination meetings and workshops.• working in international teams using our best practices and agile methodologies (e.g. Scrum, SAFe, Kanban);

Skills and Qualifications:
• Proven experience in IT project management, with a focus on ERP migration projects, ideally on S4Hana.
• Degree in computer science, project management, or a related field.
• Good results-oriented culture.
• Ability to anticipate and raise alerts in a timely manner.
• Understanding of business processes and S4Hana modules.
• Proven ability to manage multicultural and international teams.
• Solid skills in planning, organization, and problem-solving.
• Excellent communication in French and English and Polish language.
• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment and meet strict deadlines
