Within our outsourcing cooperation we are looking for a Test Support Analyst to support Testing Team in Hungary. In this role, you will be responsible for testing, participating in business and internal projects, conducting incident investigations, and planning and executing certification tests in accordance with the rules of international card schemes.Job offer information

• Study and understand card scheme mandates
• Create test plans based on the requirements of card schemes and clients
• Read and comprehend business requirement documents and feasibility studies

• Perform POS and ATM certification tests and document the results
• Communicate internally with delivery teams
• Keep certification tools and applications up to date

• Plan and execute bank card-related business tests (POS, ATM, online interface testing)
• Support incident investigations
• Communicate with clients
• Prepare test scripts and scenarios

 

Personality assumptions and skills

• English proficiency at least B2 level (Upper Intermediate)
• Hungarian proficiency at least B2 level (Upper Intermediat)
• Understanding of payment card processing, including authorization, clearing, and settlement
• Experience in gathering requirements and handling various inputs
• Ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and prioritize tasks
• Strong social, communication, and analytical skills
• Solution and delivery-oriented mindset
