Job Description:

We are seeking an experienced Senior SAP TM Consultant to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will collaborate with international clients, providing expert consulting services in SAP Transportation Management (SAP TM) for both implementation and support projects. You will be responsible for analyzing business needs, resolving system issues, and delivering innovative solutions to optimize logistics processes.

Key Responsibilities:

• Work closely with the SAP TM (Logistics) team to provide consulting and support services for global clients.

• Analyze, troubleshoot, and resolve SAP TM-related issues, ensuring system stability and efficiency.

• Design, propose, and implement optimized SAP TM solutions tailored to client business requirements.

• Develop and maintain comprehensive project documentation, including solution designs, business process blueprints, and technical specifications.

• Engage in regular communication with clients, understanding their challenges and delivering best-in-class solutions.

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams and integrate SAP TM with other logistics and supply chain modules.

Required Qualifications:

• Proven experience in SAP TM consulting, including support, configuration, and implementation projects.

• Strong understanding of logistics and supply chain processes, with experience in SAP TM functionalities.

• Familiarity with other logistics modules (e.g., SAP MM, SAP SD, SAP WM/EWM) and their integration with SAP TM.

• Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to manage and resolve SAP TM-related tickets efficiently.

• Strong communication and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to interact with international clients.

• Proficiency in English or German at a professional level.

• A university degree in a relevant field (e.g., Supply Chain, Logistics, IT, Business Administration).

Preferred Qualifications (Nice to Have):

• Hands-on experience with SAP MM, SAP SD, or SAP WM/EWM.

• Exposure to SAP S/4HANA TM and knowledge of the latest industry trends.

• Understanding of business process optimization and automation within SAP TM.
